SAP TESTMANAGER & MIGRATIONSMANAGER (M/W/D)

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Creation of test strategies and plans
• Analysis of test results and creation of test reports.
• Identification, analysis, and tracking of defects.
• Ensuring the quality and functionality of the software products.
• Coordination of test teams and ensuring test coverage.
• Controlling the processes surrounding test migrations, dress rehearsals, and go-live (cutover), including clarity on responsibilities.
• Coordination of all involved parties: departments, IT, external service providers, project management, operating organization.
• Ensuring transparent communication to all stakeholders (project status, risks, changes, need for decisions).
• Preparation and moderation of migration workshops, coordination meetings, and decision rounds.
• Creation and maintenance of migration concepts, schedule plans, and communication plans in close cooperation with IT and departments.
• Monitoring of risks, dependencies, and the impact of migration on processes and organization.
• Tracking of to-dos, approvals, and decisions in the context of migration and ensuring implementation.
• Support in change management, e.g., informing affected areas, preparing for changed processes and systems.

Your Core Competencies:

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
• Extensive practical experience in test management of IT projects.
• Sound knowledge of test methods and test tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM is an advantage.
• Experience in the planning and control of SAP migration projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Knowledge in cutover planning as well as the coordination of dress rehearsals and go-lives.
• Experience in stakeholder management as well as in the control of cross-departmental project teams.
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
• Structured way of working.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
