Female Trainee Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

Support achievement of targets in customer acquisition, retention, and quality loan portfolio growth .

Monitor loan portfolio quality, repayments, and recovery of overdue loans.

Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to achieve their targets.

Prepare and submit accurate MIS, financial, and operational reports .

Ensure compliance with Uzima policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Promote excellent customer service and strong client relationships.

Ensure proper handling, banking, reconciliation, and accountability of branch funds. Facilitate branch meetings, staff performance reviews, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field .

Experience in microfinance, banking, credit, sales, or financial services is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of credit management, savings mobilization, and loan recovery .

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel .

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

High level of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and confidentiality .

Willingness to work in the field and travel when required.

Age: 36 years and below.
