Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's overall strategic direction, goals, and objectives, considering market trends, client needs, and industry advancements

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of designers, architects, project managers, and other professionals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance. Make informed decisions to ensure projects are financially viable and profitable.
• Design Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on design creativity, innovation and quality. Review and approve design concepts to ensure they align with the company's vision and client expectations.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Supply Chain and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the design and construction phases to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, such as scope changes, budget overruns, and scheduling delays.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.
• Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to incorporate relevant advancements into the company's projects.

Job Requirements
