Scaffold Superintendent

Responsibilities Plan, schedule, organize, direct, and control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and budget Prepare detailed progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients to communicate project status and milestones Oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with project requirements Supervise subcontractors and subordinate staff to maintain quality standards and timely task execution Enforce orderly and safe work practices on-site to comply with safety regulations and minimize risks Execute delegated tasks promptly and accurately to support overall project objectives Required competencies and certifications Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction involving piping, mechanical, and/or structural steel works within petrochemical plants
