Project Supervisor

Responsibilities Monitor daily progress of site activities and prepare detailed daily status reports for each assignment Organize and plan work schedules and tasks for assigned crew to optimize productivity and meet project timelines Interpret and apply knowledge of equipment drawings, piping isometrics, and structural drawings to support project execution Execute quality control (QC) and health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance according to site procedures and HSE plans Coordinate and organize materials, services, and equipment required for job completion to ensure smooth operations Plan project activities in alignment with client requirements to deliver expected outcomes Utilize MS software, including project management tools, to track and manage project progress and documentation Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and coordination Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within related industries Strong technical competency in engineering practices and site management Good organizational and communication skills
