Call Center Agent

We’re Hiring: International Call Center Representatives Universal Exhibition is looking for a client-focused Call Center Representative to join our team full-time, on-site in Maadi, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries regarding trade shows, events, and services.

Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records using relevant computer systems and tools.
