Breakfast Manager in Hospitality M/F

We are looking for, for a hotel located in Paris, a dynamic and organized Breakfast Manager to ensure the smooth running of the breakfast service and to guarantee a high-quality customer experience. As a true ambassador of the establishment, you will oversee guest reception, the quality of the buffet, and the efficient functioning of your team.

Your missions

• Organize, prepare, and supervise the breakfast service
• Welcome guests with professionalism and ensure their satisfaction
• Ensure the setup, replenishment, and presentation of the buffet
• Supervise, train, and support the breakfast dedicated team
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Manage orders, stocks, and limit waste
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room, the pantry, and the workspaces
• Work in close collaboration with the reception and kitchen teams to guarantee service quality

Profile sought

• Significant experience in catering or hospitality, ideally in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills and a polished presentation
• Organizational, autonomy, and management skills
• Good knowledge of HACCP standards
• A conversational level of English allowing for the reception of an international clientele
• Punctuality, reactivity, and a true team spirit
