We are looking for a passionate Commis de salle for a 4-star hotel located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris to join their dynamic team. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring the delivery of quality service in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and seat them at their tables
• Present the menu and advise customers on dishes and drinks
• Take orders with precision and efficiency
• Serve dishes and drinks while respecting presentation standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal
• Manage payments and perform transactions with rigor
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and workspaces

Profile sought

• Previous experience in restaurant service desired
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate with an international clientele
• Team spirit, punctuality, and neat presentation
