Senior Executive, Corporate R&D
Job Summary The Senior Executive will support the Corporate R&D function in management reporting, KPI administration, planning, financial coordination, grants administration, and operational support. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, effective coordination of R&D activities, and continuous process improvement through digitalisation and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and consolidate R&D management reports, project updates, KPIs, and business performance metrics. Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting activities, and maintenance of financial trackers. Assist in the administration of R&D grants, government funding submissions, surveys, and tax incentive claims. Coordinate information and submissions across Corporate R&D, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. Support R&D operational activities, including reporting calendars, meetings, business travel arrangements, and expense claim administration. Maintain accurate records, trackers, documentation, and audit trails. Drive process improvement, standardisation, and digitalisation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality. Prepare management presentations, reports, and supporting materials for leadership review. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, planning, PMO, R&D administration, engineering support, or a similar role. Experience supporting management reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, forecasting, or business performance monitoring. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in grants administration, tax claims, or government funding programmes will be an advantage. Experience in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, technology, engineering, or R&D industry is preferred.
