Front Desk & Studio Operations Executive
Company Overview The client operates a Pilates studio seeking a Front Desk & Studio Operations Executive to deliver warm, professional service and support daily studio functions including bookings, sales, and client relations. Job Summary You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming studio experience while managing bookings, payments, enquiries, and supporting smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide a professional front-desk experience to enhance client satisfaction Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-ins to support client engagement Manage class bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and client accounts accurately to ensure smooth scheduling Explain Pilates classes, packages, memberships, and promotions clearly to prospective clients to support sales Follow up on enquiries, trial clients, package renewals, and outstanding payments to maintain client retention and revenue Process payments and maintain accurate records in POS and booking systems for financial accuracy Coordinate instructors’ schedules and assist with daily studio arrangements to support operational efficiency Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and ambience of reception and studio areas to create a welcoming environment Monitor studio supplies and assist with stock replenishment to ensure uninterrupted operations Handle client feedback and service recovery professionally to uphold client satisfaction Assist with studio promotions, events, and other administrative duties to support marketing and operations Support management in maintaining smooth daily studio operations through effective teamwork and communication Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in fitness/wellness, hospitality, retail, beauty, customer service, or membership sales Knowledge of Pilates (training provided) Willingness to work weekends and/or public holidays according to roster Ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is not simply there to “man the counter.” The right person should enjoy interacting with people, take ownership of the studio, notice when something needs to be done, and genuinely care about the client's experience from their first enquiry through to becoming a regular member.
