What You'll Do
- Own the architecture and core development of the platform
- Build AI, LLM, and agent-based capabilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems and data sources
- Drive cloud and on-premise deployments
- Implement enterprise-grade security and IAM
- Partner with customers on technical implementations
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to shape product strategy and roadmap

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 5-8 years in enterprise software/product engineering
- 3-5+ years working with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI platforms
- Strong experience in solution architecture and full-stack product development
- Hands-on cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security/IAM
- Experience leading technical implementations with enterprise customers
- Deep knowledge of APIs, integrations, security, and IAM
- Ability to operate independently and drive technical decisions
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex business environments
