Your tasks

1. Must have good experience in cooking Pakistani and North Indian dishes.

1. Experience in handling Tandoor (clay oven) jobs.

1. Produce costing to maintain that monthly profit margins are met.

1. Should be able to maintain the quality control of the food.

1. In-charge of the kitchen.

1. Should be able to communicate effectively with the management to ensure the smooth functioning of the Kitchen.

1. Able to train new staff

Requirements

Looking for a North Indian or Pakistani Cook who is suitable to perform the following:

1. Should be able to work in hot environment (non-aircon).

1. Able to do teamwork with colleagues.

1. Able to work in fast pace environment.

1. Minimum 5 years experience in North Indian and Pakistani cuisine and Tandoor (high heat clay oven)

1. Should be able to communicate in English

Other

1. Able to work in split shift (12 pm - 4 pm and 7 pm - 11 pm)

1. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
