Freelance E-learning Developer

For an international organization, we are looking for a Freelance E-learning Developer to develop a modern, professional, and interactive e-learning centered around leadership.

Your assignment

You will build an e-learning of approximately 30 minutes that will be rolled out worldwide to about 3,000 managers. The content is based on the competencies that the organization has established for strong leadership. You will translate these into an attractive learning path with theory, exercises, and interactive elements.

You will take charge of the technical implementation from A to Z and ensure a contemporary design and an output in SCORM format, so that the e-learning can be rolled out internationally. The choice of the authoring tool is still open. You will develop the basic version of this e-learning in English.

• You have demonstrable experience with instructional design and the development of e-learnings.
• You have strong technical knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and SCORM publication.
• You combine didactic insight with a strong sense of design, interactivity, and user-friendliness.
• You can independently realize an e-learning project from concept to finished product.
• You can present concrete examples of previously developed e-learnings.
