Associate Java Developer

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot .

You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to support enterprise applications, system integrations, and cloud migration initiatives on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs .
• Support the development and integration of microservices-based applications .
• Assist in refactoring existing applications and improving code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Support application deployment and configuration in cloud environments (Azure or similar platforms) .
• Work with DevOps teams on containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues across SIT, UAT, and production environments.
• Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads on system enhancements and cloud migration activities.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development .
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and backend application development.
• Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based application deployment .
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a development team.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure , particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Familiarity with Apache Dubbo or other microservices integration frameworks.
• Understanding of service discovery, configuration management, and inter-service communication.
• Exposure to Alibaba Cloud services such as EDAS, ACK, or MSE.
• Familiarity with Nacos for service discovery and configuration management.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or cloud migration projects.
