Junior Industrial Engineer - Graduate Program 2027 - Treatment

If you are finishing your master's degree or have up to one year of professional experience, this is your opportunity to train and grow within a rotational program that will allow you to gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of our Treatment business.

What does the Program consist of? Starting in September 2025 and during the two-year duration of the program, you will participate in rotations through different key areas of the Treatment area. With each rotation, you will gain experience in processes and tasks that are fundamental to the success of the business, preparing you to take on leadership roles as you acquire technical and strategic skills. Specialized training: The program includes personalized postgraduate training in collaboration with the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. This will allow you to deepen your knowledge of the most advanced aspects of the sector and improve your professional skills in a prestigious academic environment.

Who are we looking for? Recent graduates or those with a maximum of 1 year of professional experience in Engineering.

University degree and master's in Engineering (Industrial or Minas).

National geographic mobility, with willingness to work in different locations across the country. International mobility will be positively valued.

Proactive attitude and motivation to learn, with a desire to take on new challenges at each stage of your training.

Good communication and teamwork skills, essential for success in our projects.

Languages: English C1: high proficiency in the language to interact with international teams and clients. Knowledge of French will be positively valued.

Having your own vehicle will be positively valued.
