The Role As a property caretaker with an electrical certificate, your focus will be ongoing maintenance, repairs, and service of our restaurants, with a particular focus on electricity and lighting. We are present in 12 cities in Sweden, and travel between restaurants is included in the role. You will work closely with our Head of Real Estate as well as our restaurant managers and Operations Managers to ensure that our premises are always in good condition.

What you will do

• Repair and adjust tables, chairs, doors, cabinets, fittings, and other interior elements.
• Install shelves, curtains, and other interior details, as well as perform minor carpentry and painting work.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electricity and lighting, and perform electrical work within your competence and authorization.
• Fix minor faults on toilets, mixers, sinks, and drains.
• Identify maintenance needs and suggest preventive measures.
• Coordinate with external craftsmen when specialist expertise is needed.
• Document completed work and report back on remaining needs.
• One day a week is allocated to administration and planning of upcoming restaurant visits, maintenance efforts, and material purchases.

You will thrive in the role if you

• Have experience in property maintenance, service, maintenance, or similar practical work.
• Have relevant electrical education and an electrical certificate (requirement for the position).
• Have practical experience in troubleshooting, service, and maintenance within electricity as well as basic knowledge of VVS.
• Are handy and accustomed to using tools and finding practical solutions.
• Can communicate in English with colleagues and restaurant staff.
• Work independently, plan your workday, and prioritize between tasks.
• Are flexible and have the ability to travel between our restaurants in Sweden.
• Have a B-driver's license (requirement for the position).

Experience or knowledge in carpentry, painting, property maintenance, or property management is meritorious, as is experience from the restaurant industry.
