Your tasks

Position Summary The Shift Supervisor position is responsible for assisting the store team in store operations and opening/closing procedures as well as security during their shift. The Supervisor must also provide efficient and friendly service to customers and for maintaining excellent Store operating standards at all times.

-Responsible for overall security of the store.

-Oversees the store operations and provides a safe working environment for the rest of the team.

-Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

-Provides solutions for customers concerns.

-Receiving orders and following the proper procedures.

-Completes the Opening/Closing Supervisors work plans.

-Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies

• Faces and displays merchandise

• Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises Management of any discrepancies

• Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures

• Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures

• Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes

Requirements

• Must HAVE Open availability to work mornings, nights and weekends.

• Must be 19+ years of age

• Must have Serving it Right certification

• Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time with out issue.

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis without issue.

• Supervising: 2 years (required)
