Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance

Manage the repair and maintenance process for fleet vehicles. Find and engage reliable mechanics and auto electricians. Negotiate repair costs and ensure cost-effective solutions. Ensure vehicles are returned to the road quickly with minimal downtime.

Damage & Loss Recovery

Monitor vehicle condition and identify damage caused by drivers. Manage the recovery of repair costs from responsible parties. Track damage cases, repair costs, and recovery status.

Driver Support

Provide hands-on technical support to drivers regarding the Yango driver application. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate when necessary. Assist drivers with basic technical and operational questions.

Spare Parts Market & Procurement — Toyota Vitz / Ghana

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the new and used spare parts market for Toyota Vitz in Ghana, including suppliers, scrap yards, auto shops, pricing, quality, and availability. Source and order spare parts from abroad when local supply is unavailable or not cost-effective. Verify part compatibility, delivery timelines, shipping costs, and customs clearance requirements. Coordinate with local and international suppliers through to parts delivery. Optimize spare parts costs while maintaining quality and repair speed.
