Supply Chain Project Manager/Lead
We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager / Continuous Improvement Lead to join our EMEA organization. In this role, you will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels and support our broader Supply Chain strategy. Hybrid working model based in Wrocław. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has practical experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement and/or Supply Chain Project Management , and is looking for a role where they can make a tangible business impact. We are looking for someone who combines a continuous improvement mindset with solid project management skills . You don't need to be a career-long Lean expert. What matters most is that you have practical experience, curiosity and the ability to work with different teams to turn improvement opportunities into tangible results.
Daily tasks
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve Cash, Cost and Service performance across the supply chain, particularly in areas such as planning, order fulfillment and finance.
- Lead cross-functional Supply Chain improvement projects from idea generation through implementation and benefits realization.
- Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with measurable results.
- Use Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to identify root causes, simplify processes and eliminate waste.
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops, process mapping sessions and Lean Six Sigma activities.
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Logistics and other functions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, high-impact presentations, business cases and project updates for stakeholders and steering committees.
- Support the development of the BD Excellence community across EMEA by sharing best practices, delivering targeted training and coaching teams on Lean principles.
- Explore opportunities to use automation, digital tools and AI to improve Supply Chain performance.
- Track project performance and communicate progress, results and business impact using data and visualization tools.
Requirements
You bring: Experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Operations or Project Management .
Experience with Power BI for data analysis, visualization and performance tracking.
Hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement tools .
Experience facilitating or participating in Kaizen / improvement workshops
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to structure complex problems and translate them into practical actions.
Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present recommendations and project results to stakeholders and leadership teams.
A collaborative approach and confidence working across different functions and levels of an organization.
A growth mindset , curiosity and adaptability.
Interest in or practical experience with automation, digitalization and AI in a business or Supply Chain environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 , particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
