Senior IT Analyst (Relex)

Work mode: remote, several-day onboarding in Warsaw Project duration: long-term cooperation Rate: 900 - 1200 PLN/MD net About the project You will join a team responsible for implementing technological initiatives supporting the logistics and supply chain management area. In your daily work, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, being responsible for requirements analysis, preparing documentation, and supporting the implementation of solutions based on the Relex platform. The role requires the ability to move efficiently between the worlds of business and technology, conducting analytical workshops, and recommending solutions that meet the organization's needs. Technologies and tools used in the project: Relex | UML | BPMN | Enterprise Architect | JIRA | Confluence | SQL | Postman | SoapUI | Agile | Scrum

Daily tasks

• Analysis of business processes and identifying requirements for IT solutions.
• Creating analytical documentation and functional specifications for ongoing projects.
• Participating in the development and recommendation of technological solutions supporting business needs.
• Preparing feasibility analyses for new initiatives and changes in existing systems.
• Organizing and conducting workshops and meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• Defining priorities for requirements and supporting their implementation process.
• Participating in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Developing and updating implementation documentation.
• Collaborating with business owners, project managers, architects, and external vendors.
• Reporting work progress to the platform's Technology Manager.

Requirements

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Analyst or similar position. Experience working with the Relex platform. Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation. Practical experience working with Enterprise Architect, JIRA, and Confluence tools. Knowledge of project methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum, and issues related to software engineering. Ability to collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Experience in the area of logistics systems. Knowledge of Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools used for testing and service analysis. Intermediate level knowledge of SQL. Ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams. Very good knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have Experience gained in international organizations. Knowledge of processes related to logistics and supply chain management. Experience in collaborating with external IT solution providers. Ability to work in a complex project environment covering multiple business areas.
