Senior Consultant – Global Learning Supplier Network

Daily tasks

• Building and developing a global network of training service providers.
• Sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying providers.
• Coordinating provider onboarding (compliance, contracts, procurement, risk).
• Negotiating rates and terms of cooperation.
• Managing the provider database, service catalogs, and documentation.
• Monitoring service quality and provider performance.
• Preparing reports and materials for governance meetings.
• Collaborating with international teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience in Supplier/Vendor Management, Procurement, Learning Operations, or Project Coordination. Knowledge of onboarding, procurement, and provider cooperation processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience working with data, reports, and documentation. Negotiation skills and the ability to cooperate with stakeholders. Very good command of English. Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Nice to have Experience in Learning & Development. Knowledge of the training market and educational service providers. Experience in an international environment.
