For a project related to the migration of a large CMS system, we are looking for a person with practical experience in content migrations, API integrations, and working with large CMS platforms. Knowledge of Sanity will be an additional asset, but the key is experience in implementing real migrations of large production systems.

Project The project involves migrating a large amount of existing content and data to a new CMS environment and integrating it with the client's key external systems. The quality and completeness of the migration, preservation of the existing content structure and URLs, and the secure execution of the production cutover process will be particularly important.

Daily tasks

  • building a content migration pipeline covering 18,925+ published nodes and taxonomy, while maintaining data completeness and 1:1 URL mapping;
  • inventorying available media and its migration;
  • preparing and implementing integrations with: Partner Portal API, Marketplace API, Seismic API;
  • configuring SSO/SAML according to the client's current identity setup;
  • supporting the synchronization of Webform forms with the Pardot system, without rebuilding the existing form processing process;
  • preparing and utilizing automatic validation mechanisms for migration completeness and parity;
  • supporting the production cutover process, with an emphasis on secure migration without the risk of a "big bang" approach.

Requirements

Technical experience

Practical experience in migrating large CMSs — Drupal/Acquia or other enterprise-class solutions.

Experience in the area of ETL and content migration.

Ability to map and transform data.

Experience in automatic data validation after migration, including checking data completeness and consistency.

Knowledge of migrating and preserving:

URLs,

media,

taxonomy,

references and links between contents.

Practical knowledge of REST API and integrations with external systems.

Experience in planning and conducting cutovers and migrations of production systems.

Knowledge of Sanity will be an additional asset.

English language B2 or higher.

Working in an international team.

Fluent work with technical documentation regarding integrations.

Integrations Experience or knowledge of the following integrations is welcome: Partner Portal API,

Marketplace API,

Pardot API,

Seismic API,

SSO/SAML.
