Senior AI / GenAI Developer
About the company
You will join a team developing AI / GenAI / SDLC solutions that support business processes and digital product development. You will work on backend services, system integrations, and components connecting business applications with AI models, LLM, Azure OpenAI services, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Your tasks
- Development and maintenance of applications and services in at least one of the following technologies: Java / Spring Boot, C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Python.
- Implementation of microservices, APIs, and integration components.
- Integration of business systems with AI / GenAI services, LLM models, and cloud solutions.
- Collaboration on building solutions utilizing RAG, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Working with databases, messaging systems, and REST and gRPC services.
- Supporting the design of technical solutions together with the architect and design team.
- Ensuring code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
- Participation in code review, technical testing, and documentation creation.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with practical experience in at least one of the following technologies: Java, C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Python. Knowledge of at least two of these technologies will be an additional advantage.
- Commercial experience in programming in at least one of the following technologies: Java, C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Python.
- Practical knowledge of the ecosystem of the chosen language, e.g., Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or FastAPI, and experience in creating backend services, microservices, and APIs.
- Knowledge of REST, HTTPS, gRPC, integration patterns, and PostgreSQL or MS SQL databases.
- Ability to write readable and testable code, knowledge of Git, code review practices, and basics of application and integration architecture.
- Basic knowledge of the cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to use AI tools supporting programming, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
- Openness to collaboration with business stakeholders and active engagement in understanding user needs and business goals.
- Practical knowledge of at least a second technology from: Java, C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience in AI / GenAI / LLM projects.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, or RAG-type solutions.
- Knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth, and API Gateway.
- Knowledge of SDLC using AI.
- Experience with CI/CD and knowledge of application security issues.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with automated evaluation of response quality, guardrails mechanisms, and monitoring of LLM-based solutions.
- Knowledge of vector databases, semantic or hybrid search, and document processing.
- Experience in monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing services running in a production environment.
- Knowledge of secure software development standards and data protection practices in AI solutions.
