Project Manager – Order Management

Who are we looking for? For our client, we are looking for an experienced individual for the Project Manager position, who possesses practical experience in the area of Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) and experience in implementing transformation projects using SAP ERP. In this position, you will be responsible for leading projects and workstreams related to order management, collaborating with business, process, and technology teams. We are looking for someone who can combine knowledge of business processes, project experience, and technology, while also navigating well in an international and complex organizational environment. Requirements
We require experience in a Project Manager position during the implementation of projects in the area of Order Management / Order-to-Cash, very good knowledge of Order Management processes, including order handling, order fulfillment, and invoicing, experience working with SAP ERP, experience in projects involving both process and technological changes, experience in managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues (RAID), experience in coordinating several workstreams as well as business and technology teams, very good stakeholder management skills, experience in conducting workshops and project meetings, skills in preparing reports and status updates for management, experience working in a large, international, or matrix organization, very good communication skills in English. We expect autonomy and a goal-oriented mindset, very good work organization and prioritization skills, a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, the ability to manage dependencies and follow tasks through to completion, the ability to move fluently between business and technology teams, the ability to organize complex topics and translate them into concrete actions, openness to working in a dynamic transformation environment, readiness for occasional trips to Łódź. Nice to have experience in implementing SAP-enabled Order Management / O2C transformation, experience in ERP implementations or transformations, experience in process standardization and optimization, knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes in large organizations, experience in coordinating testing, cutover, implementation, and preparing the organization for changes, consulting experience or experience working on projects implemented for clients.
