Sales Executive - International Logistics (Import/Export)

We are looking for a Commercial Executive with a strategic focus and strong results orientation, responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts within the logistics industry. This position is oriented towards professionals with initiative, negotiation capacity, and experience in consultative sales of logistics services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for the sale of international air services.
• Actively prospect new clients and business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring growth and loyalty.
• Identify clients' logistics needs and design efficient transport solutions.
• Prepare quotes, commercial proposals, and follow up on opportunities until closing.
• Meet established commercial goals and sales KPIs.
• Coordinate with operational teams to guarantee correct service execution.
• Keep the commercial pipeline and management reports updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.
• Proven track record in prospecting and closing sales.
• Negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
