You will turn raw portfolio data (volume, price/mix, margin, portfolio balance and sustainability metrics) into clear, decision-ready insights and deliver project-based and ad hoc analyses.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in business or data analytics, reporting, FP&A or controlling, strong Power BI skills and familiarity with Oracle Cloud, another ERP or SQL, plus project management capability.

What you will do

Build, develop and own our global portfolio reporting suite, using Oracle Cloud as the data source and Power BI as the reporting layer. This covers data models, refresh schedules, validation checks, dashboards and scorecards, so that it serves as a reliable single source of truth for stakeholders

Turn raw portfolio data (volume, price/mix, margin, portfolio balance and sustainability metrics) into clear, decision-ready insights. Support and enable global steering

Deliver project-based and ad hoc portfolio analyses looking at the portfolio from different angles such as operations, market, supply chain and sourcing, to help answer business questions as they come up

Support the quarterly portfolio performance process: collect data, prepare scoring, and get materials ready for reviews

Keep portfolio data consistent with our global product classification structure across regions, and flag data or classification issues to portfolio governance

Act as the first point of contact for portfolio data and Power BI questions, and train regional users and Product Managers on our tools and dashboards

Support cross-regional initiatives, such as our Portfolio Competitiveness Programme, by coordinating data inputs and timelines with regional controllers, Product Managers, Sourcing and IT and act as a Project Manager for different portfolio related projects

Who you are

You have 1–3 years of experience in business or data analytics, reporting, FP&A or business controlling. Experience in a multinational matrix organization is a plus, not a requirement

You have strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX and dashboard building. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, another ERP system, or SQL is an advantage

You're comfortable working with large, sometimes messy data sets and turning them into clear reporting

You have project management experience, take ownership on topics and be proactive on driving topics forward

You're curious and motivated to grow toward process ownership. You're interested in the why behind the numbers, not only the reporting mechanics

You communicate clearly and confidently in English, and you can support stakeholders across regions, functions and cultures
