Tasks:

• Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of aviation components (control units, engine modules, landing gear)
• Test bench tests, error analysis, assessment, as well as disassembly/assembly of assemblies and individual parts
• Visual inspection, measurement, and control of components/lines for wear, corrosion, cracks, and damage
• Mechanical rework and processing including pneumatic and hand tools (e.g., drilling, riveting, grinding, polishing)
• Cleaning processes (manual, wet chemical cleaning, blasting) as well as part processing (turning, milling, honing, grinding)
• Documentation of work and inspection results in relevant IT systems

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training in a metalworking profession
• Good English skills, as the blueprints and drawings are issued in English
• Basic IT skills (MS-Office - SAP desirable)
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) (e.g., early shift 6:00 AM - 1:45 PM)
