Your tasks

Join us as a Junior Customer Care Specialist and help us ensure an exceptional experience for Patients – from the first contact, through order processing, to support and advice. And if you also find your niche in sales – we will find space for you to spread your wings in that direction too 🚀

• Support Patients contacting the company via phone, chat, and e-mail 📞💬📧
• Actively contact customers interested in services, present the offer, and support purchasing decisions
• Register and modify orders in the system
• Care for the positive image of the company
• Cooperate with teams: medical, IT, marketing, operations, B2B

Requirements

🎯 We are looking for someone who

• Is empathetic and likes helping others
• Knows English at a minimum B1 level
• Is proficient in using a computer and the MS Office suite
• Is available for shift work (the helpline is active 6–20 during the week and weekends on a rotational 8-16 basis)
• Learns quickly and works well in a team

💡 An additional plus if

• You have your first experience in customer service
• You are interested in health, prevention, or medicine
• You feel comfortable in sales conversations
• You have student status

Currently, we are looking for 2 people - 1 with availability corresponding to full-time (work mainly during the week on shifts between 6:00 - 20:00 plus occasional weekends) and one for 1/2 time (work mainly on afternoon shifts during the week and weekends) </body>
