Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with:

o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) o Endpoint/device management (Intune or equivalent) o Identity & access management (MFA, SSO, conditional access)

  • Experience or exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or Google Cloud)
