Job Purpose / Position Summary The Assistant Investment Manager supports investment analysis, real estate M&A activities, asset management oversight, and project performance monitoring. The role contributes to dealing evaluation, financial modelling, market research, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective investment decisions and successful asset development.
