To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1 Technical Customer Service Representative in Wood Shredding & Material Recycling

on a full-time basis.

Your Tasks - What you will do with us?

• Contact person for technical inquiries & fault reports from machine operators and sales partners
• Independent handling of technical problems
• Planning & coordination of service assignments
• Processing of complaint cases including information gathering for internal processing & repair coordination
• Creation of service reports and statements
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments such as quality assurance, order management, and the repair department

Our Requirements - What you must bring:

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, technical college, or HTL)
• Professional experience in technical internal service with customer contact or as a service technician
• High degree of customer and service orientation
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP, CRM)
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
