Hotel Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Engineering Staff member to maintain, repair, and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel, hostel, and hospitality facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Handle electrical installations, lighting, power outlets, circuit breakers, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Maintain plumbing systems, including water pumps, pipelines, water tanks, and drainage systems.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning (AC) and water heater.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and carry out repairs.
• Monitor the condition of buildings, guest rooms, public areas, and operational facilities.
• Maintain engineering tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, building maintenance, or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
• Basic knowledge of AC systems, water pumps, and mechanical equipment is an advantage.
• Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and willing to work hands-on.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work in a hospitality environment.
