Bartender/Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to standard recipes or guest requests.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure bar stock, ingredients, and equipment are available and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inventory and report supply needs.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
• Control portioning and minimize wastage of beverages.
• Handle cash or POS transactions if required.
• Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a bartender (fresh graduates with mixology skills may be considered).

• Solid knowledge of beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, and a team player.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work from Kuta Lombok
