Network Operations Manager
Company Description Uno is a logistics and commerce technology company that supports e-commerce businesses, SMEs, retail chains, and corporate clients across Ghana. Through Uno Vendor OS and integrations with existing business systems, Uno connects inventory, orders, fulfillment, delivery, and customer support to help businesses serve customers reliably and scale operations with confidence.
Role Description Key responsibilities
Plan courier, vehicle and processing capacity against demand, account requirements and service commitments. Coordinate routes, operating schedules, service cut-offs and handovers to prevent avoidable delays and backlogs. Monitor delivery performance and lead recovery when pickups, connections or deliveries are at risk. Enforce parcel scanning, manifests, custody records, proof of delivery and accurate COD handover documentation. Lead assigned network control, dispatch and hub/node teams through clear standards, coaching and performance management. Improve capacity utilization, operating efficiency and network partner performance. Work with Commercial to confirm readiness before new accounts and service commitments go live. Coordinate with Customer Support, Finance, Fleet & Courier Reliability, and Product and Technology to resolve issues and improve execution.
What we’re looking for
Typically five or more years of experience in courier, delivery, distribution, transport or comparable logistics operations, including at least two years leading operational teams. Demonstrated competence in dispatch, network route planning, capacity allocation and operational exception management. Experience managing multiple routes, zones or operating locations. Evidence of improvements in operational performance, productivity or operating costs. Confidence using operational dashboards and logistics management systems. Strong judgment under pressure, clear communication and consistent follow-through. A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, operations, engineering or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will be considered. Familiarity with Ghana’s urban and intercity delivery environment is an advantage.

Reliable delivery performance, productive use of capacity, traceable parcel handovers and teams that understand and meet their responsibilities. Recurring problems are investigated, corrective actions are completed and improvements are sustained.
