Requirements

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Verifiable experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar roles.
• Experience in marketing agencies, BTL, events, or production (preferably).
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar) will be valued.

Main responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate the production and execution of corporate events.
• Supervise schedules, budgets, and compliance with delivery dates.
• Coordinate suppliers, operational staff, and clients.
• Follow up on quotes, purchases, and requirements for each project.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings with clients and the internal team.
• Prepare progress and project closure reports.
• Anticipate risks and propose timely solutions.
• Supervise assembly and disassembly when the project requires it.
