Technology Transfer Specialist (Innovation Broker)
Scope of duties:
The Technology Transfer Specialist (Innovation Broker) is a person representing the university administration who represents the academic community in contacts with business partners. The main task is to support and encourage scientists to commercialize research results to meet the needs and expectations of entrepreneurs, as well as to support knowledge and technology transfer processes in order to implement new products, services, and technologies originating from the university into the national and foreign economy.
Requirements:
- education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
- skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills - mandatory; proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office - mandatory; very good work organization, independence, conscientiousness, accuracy, commitment - mandatory
- foreign languages: English - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - mandatory

- knowledge of market trends related to new technologies and technology transfer
- knowledge of legal regulations regarding the commercialization of research results, intellectual property, sources of research funding, and application rules
