Internationalization Development Specialist

Scope of duties:

• participation in the implementation of UMG's internationalization strategy and the preparation of plans, analyses, and reports;
• developing cooperation with foreign universities and institutions, including partnerships, agreements, networks, and visits;
• searching for funding sources and partners and supporting the preparation and implementation of international projects;
• supporting international promotion and recruitment, including market analysis, event organization, and the preparation of foreign-language materials;
• maintaining registers and databases and monitoring results, quality, risks, and the effectiveness of activities;
• cooperation with UMG units and external partners, also in English.

Requirements:

• education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
• skills: ABILITY TO THINK ANALYTICALLY, DYNAMISM, INDEPENDENCE IN ACTION, GOAL-ORIENTED ATTITUDE
• mandatory; proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office - mandatory; very good work organization, independence, and high flexibility; - mandatory
• foreign languages: English - speaking: B2 - upper intermediate, writing: B2 - upper intermediate - mandatory
• other: - readiness for occasional domestic and foreign business travel
• at least 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: international cooperation, projects, marketing, recruitment, or administration
• the gross salary amount shows the minimum wage for work. The employer will provide information about the salary before establishing the employment relationship
