About the company

Univio, drawing on experience from over 500 completed projects, helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models and implement data and AI-based solutions—from assistants supporting customer service and access to organizational knowledge, through personalized product recommendations, to AI discovery workshops supporting the identification of real business applications for technology. Univio collaborates with brands such as RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super‑Pharm, or LuxMed, implementing projects at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

Your tasks

• Working with e-commerce solutions based on Shopify / Shopify Plus technology — from needs analysis to independent implementation of the solution
• Conducting workshops, consultations, and meetings with clients to understand business processes, goals, and e-commerce needs
• Translating business requirements into specific functional and technical solutions within the Shopify ecosystem
• Comprehensive configuration and implementation of Shopify / Shopify Plus stores, including, among others, store settings, catalog, payments, shipping, markets, customer accounts, and applications
• Implementation and development of frontend and backend functionalities — using available Shopify capabilities, applications, and custom development when standard solutions are insufficient
• Collaboration with the development team, design team, and the client at every stage of the project
• Preparing functional, technical, and user documentation
• Conducting presentations of implemented solutions, training end users, and providing customer support after the store launch
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that increase efficiency, conversion, and store scalability

Requirements

🧡Your profile?*

• You have several years of experience in implementing e-commerce projects based on Shopify / Shopify Plus — especially in the area of store implementation, configuration, or development
• You can lead a conversation and a workshop with a client, gather requirements, and then translate them into an implementable solution
• You have practical knowledge of the Shopify admin panel and key areas of the platform, such as products, collections, orders, payments, shipping, Markets, discounts, or applications
• You understand when to use native Shopify capabilities or a ready-made application, and when a dedicated solution is needed
• You have experience or want to develop in the field of custom development for Shopify

- e.g., Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrations using Shopify API

• You know the basics of e-commerce integrations and understand processes related to online sales, logistics, payments, order fulfillment, and product management
• You know English at a level that enables communication and working with documentation — min. B2
