Senior Project Manager (E-commerce)

About the company

Univio, drawing on experience from over 500 completed projects, helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models and implement data-driven and AI-based solutions—from customer service assistants and access to organizational knowledge, through personalized product recommendations, to AI discovery workshops that support the identification of real business applications for technology. Univio collaborates with brands such as RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super‑Pharm, or LuxMed, implementing projects at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive management of projects and project portfolios—defining, planning, managing, and monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk
• Regular work with project reports to control progress
• Building good relationships with clients (managing open communication, controlling potential risk, acting as the first point of escalation, managing client expectations)
• Coordinating the work of project teams and ensuring consistency with the adopted methodology
• Building a well-organized team, identifying recruitment needs
• Supporting business development by playing an active role in preparing offers and during the negotiation of cooperation terms

Requirements

🧡Your profile*

• You have experience in implementing e-commerce systems (preferably B2B)
• You are distinguished by a solid technical background, which allows you to collaborate freely with development teams
• You understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and can account for non-functional requirements (NFR), such as performance, security, or scalability, in daily product work
• You have coordinated work within a project portfolio
• You know how product, category, and e-commerce management processes work
• You are well-versed in the IT industry and the principles of e-commerce ecosystems
• You can communicate easily with both the client and the developers' team
• You know English and communicate fluently at a business and technical level (B2/C1 level)
• You have experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Implementing projects in agile methodologies is no mystery to you
• You use AI tools freely and stay up to date with industry news
• You are a proactive and independent person—you take matters into your own hands and know how to motivate others
