About the Opportunity
A well-established Hong Kong-based accounting & professional services firm is expanding into Singapore and establishing its local audit practice.
We are looking for a Singapore Registered Public Accountant / senior audit professional to become the founding leader of the Singapore practice, with potential to develop into a Partner /Practice Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the Singapore audit practice.
- Lead statutory audits and provide technical audit/accounting guidance.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Singapore and Chinese/PRC clients.
- Build and lead the local audit team.
- Develop business opportunities and professional networks.
- Coordinate cross-border engagements with Hong Kong and China teams.
Requirements
- Singapore Registered Public Accountant (PA).
- Existing Singapore audit signing authority strongly preferred.
- Strong statutory audit and financial reporting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore auditing and accounting standards.
- Experience with Chinese/PRC companies or Singapore subsidiaries preferred.
- Strong business development / client relationship capabilities.
