HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
- Assists in the hiring-related procedures processes application letters for job openings
schedules qualified applicants for testing and interview conducts background/reference check on qualified applicants verifies pre-employment requirements of accepted applicants prepares NPA /appointments/contract renewals (permanent, probationary, consultancy, casual and project-based employees)
- Prepares semestral Letter of Assignment (LOA) for fulltime faculty members and Document of agreement (DOA) for part time/probationary faculty members
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, employee relations, or administrative support Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
