Job Description:

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and financial and operational records.

Assist with developing, enhancing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

Organize, validate, and analyze data to support financial reporting needs.

Assist with maintaining and improving Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.

Monitor and triage the AP mailbox, including organizing and routing invoices.

Perform data entry and attach supporting documents in UF MarketPlace.

Provide additional administrative and reporting support to the Finance team as needed.

Expected Salary:

$15.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a student at the University of Florida. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during business hours (Monday–Friday,

Preferred:

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting.

Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.

Advanced SQL and Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.

Familiarity with UF systems, including myUFL and UF MarketPlace, is a plus.
