Head of Outgoing International Mobility Service M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Context: As part of a permanent replacement, Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 is recruiting a Head of the Outgoing International Mobility Service within the Direction des Relations Internationales. Within the Direction des Relations Internationales, under the responsibility of the Deputy Director, the Head of the Outgoing Mobility Service implements the development strategy for student and staff mobility; manages a team and assists management to promote the internationalization of training programs and careers at the University. Main Missions

• Assist and advise hierarchy in implementing the strategy for internationalizing training programs and careers through international mobility of students and staff;
• Ensure the coordination and management of various mobility campaigns and programs (Erasmus+, bilateral agreements, internships abroad, etc.)
• Lead and manage a team of 5 people
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of digital tools for mobility management
• Develop and harmonize processes and procedures;
• Develop dashboards and monitor performance indicators.
• Manage outgoing mobility for a specific zone (Ireland - North America)
