Partnership Relations Officer (M/F)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are recruiting a Partnership Relations Officer (M/F). You will join the Centre Ingénierie Projets (CIP) of the Direction des Grands Projets of Lyon 1 Université, which ensures the engineering and management of structuring research and training projects. You will join the steering team of the SHAPE-Med@Lyon project, composed of 3 scientific coordinators, a project manager, a support officer, an administrative and financial assistant, and a communication officer. Your missions:
- Identify, develop, and monitor partnerships with local authorities, private actors, and civil society to develop project actions and increase the visibility of the global health site.
- Define the strategy for the valorization of research projects funded by SHAPE-Med@Lyon.
- Represent the establishment and manage relations with institutional, industrial, funding partners, and innovation actors.
- Contribute to the sustainability of SHAPE-Med@Lyon.
- Work in synergy with the establishment's global health initiatives.
- Participate in the construction of a partnership relations department at Lyon 1 Université and contribute to the peer community.
Main activities:
- Advise the Board of SHAPE-Med@Lyon on research valorization, in connection with the scientific policy of the Lyon-Saint-Étienne site.
- Develop national partnerships (notably with ExcellencES projects) and international partnerships (e.g., One Health cities alliance).
- Negotiate structuring and strategic partnerships (framework agreements, joint laboratories...).
- Organize the operational chain of partnership and valorization: awareness and training of researchers, detection of innovative projects, valorization methods, and intellectual property management.
- Support the deployment of the One Health axis actions of the Contrat Local de Santé of the Ville de Lyon, led by SHAPE-Med@Lyon.
- Defend the scientific, legal, economic, and financial interests of the units and the establishment.
- Support project leaders in business creation.
- Develop a prospecting strategy and maintain a contact database.
- Participate in project setup and the search for co-financing or contracts.
- Work with valorization structures (Pulsalys, Inserm-Transfert, PUI Impulse...) and actors of the Lyon innovation ecosystem.
