Study Nurse / Study Assistant / Healthcare and Nurse / MFA (m/f/d)

The position is initially to be filled for a fixed term of 2 years with the aim of subsequent continued employment.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in an internationally oriented study environment with close cooperation with national and international study centers, sponsors, CROs, and reference laboratories
• Administrative planning and coordination of study visits
• Performance of study-specific examinations, including the collection of vital parameters, the collection and preparation of biological samples, as well as the performance of EKGs
• Organizational implementation of German/English language study protocols
• Collection and documentation of study-relevant data in German and English
• Shipment of samples within the framework of clinical trials to specialized laboratories
• Contact person (m/f/d) for patients, investigators, sponsors, and CROs
• Independent coordination of the maintenance and servicing of the department's own medical and cooling devices
• Participation in the maintenance, further development, and expansion of the QM system, including the creation and adaptation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, and templates
• Preparation and accompaniment of study initiations, monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) or medical previous training in the form of training in a healthcare profession (e.g., Healthcare and Nurse (m/f/d))
• Qualified further training or experience in the field of study assistance/study conduct desirable
• Knowledge of the legal requirements in the field of clinical trials and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Good English skills in spoken and written language
• Confident handling of standard IT (e.g., MS-Office)
• Responsible way of working
• High willingness to learn and enjoyment of independent work
• Communication, team, and organizational skills
