Project Assistant (m/f/d) Study Center Medical Clinic (Health and Nursing Professional)
The Study Center represents the research unit of the Medizinische Klinik III-Pulmologie. The focus of our clinic is the diagnosis and therapy of diseases in the field of Internal Medicine, with an emphasis on lung diseases, infectious diseases, and thoracic oncology. In close exchange with patient care and other research structures within the MK III, we conduct basic scientific and applied clinical-experimental studies.
As part of a project funded by third-party funds, a position as a Project Assistant is currently to be filled.

What awaits you:
- Independent preparation, implementation, and follow-up of all study- or project-specific measures in compliance with quality standards as well as according to current GCP guidelines
- Support of the monitors regarding data monitoring as well as compliance with the study schedule
- Preparation and implementation of initiations, monitoring visits, audits, and inspections, as well as their preparation and follow-up, and participation in investigator meetings at home and abroad
- Planning of staff structures within the project and monitoring the induction and training status of the assigned personnel
- Support of the investigators in the selection and recruitment of new study patients and independent assumption of professional measures on project participants (if necessary after appropriate instruction) as well as the administration of project-specific databases and project files
What you bring with you:
- A completed training in a healthcare profession or a completed commercial training
- Experience in conducting clinical studies (incl. GCP course) desirable
- Ideally experience in the field of pneumology or oncology as well as in the administrative area of hospitals
- The willingness to engage comprehensively with the quality requirements in clinical studies
- Independence, communicative and organizational skills as well as very good IT skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
