In the Section of Stereotaxy and Functional Neurosurgery of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Neurosurgery of the Universitätsklinikum Bonn (Head of Section: Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Jaroslaw Maciaczyk), the following position is to be filled in full-time (38.5 hours/week) at the earliest possible date:
Secretariat for the Section of Stereotaxy and Functional Neurosurgery (m/f/d)
The position is to be filled on a permanent basis.
The Section of Stereotaxy and Functional Neurosurgery of the Clinic for Neurosurgery at the Universitätsklinikum Bonn is one of the largest neuromodulation centers in Germany and provides operative coverage for the entire treatment spectrum of the field.
Your tasks:
- Secretariat with corresponding administrative tasks and, if necessary, representation in the Chief Secretary's office
- Preparation and follow-up of medical measures
- Processing/writing of medical letters, operation reports, etc.
- Appointment coordination for the section
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a clerk in healthcare/office management
- Open-mindedness and initiative in work organization
- Service- and patient-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Organizational talent, teamwork skills, flexibility, and commitment
- Good knowledge of ORBIS / Microsoft Office applications
- Good English skills
