At the Institute for Midwifery Science of the Medical Faculty of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, the following position is to be filled in part-time (19.25 hours/week) at the earliest possible date:
Lecturer (w/m/d) for special teaching tasks in the area of Psychology and scientific working
The position is to be filled permanently.
We are looking for an employee for the development and implementation of theoretical teaching (seminars, lectures, and practical simulation-based learning forms) in the Midwifery Science degree program. This involves both the implementation and development of lectures, seminars, or training units using the Problem-Based Learning method, as well as module examinations and state examinations. Experience in teaching is desirable.
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of teaching activities within the framework of lectures, seminars, and simulation training units in the area of Psychology and scientific working
- Development, organization, and implementation of examinations
- Supervision of final theses
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the subject of Psychology (Master)
- Psychotherapeutic experience
- High communicative skills, advisory competence, and enjoyment of teaching
- Proficient use of MS-Office programs
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
- Openness to the requirements involved in the implementation of a new degree program
- A humanistic basic attitude based on mutual appreciation is very important to us in the team. Strong social competence and a simultaneous readiness for initiative and taking on responsibility are of high importance to us.
