The Klinik und Poliklinik für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde covers the specialty in its entire breadth and has a Sektion für Phoniatrie und Pädaudiologie. Clinical and scientific focuses lie in the area of tumor surgery in the head and neck region as well as in the provision of implantable hearing systems.

Your tasks:

  • Organization of the secretariat and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Handling correspondence (E-mail, telephone, mail) also using a telephone chatbot
  • Appointment planning, coordination, and monitoring
  • Organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Preparing service billing
  • Patient admissions in the clinic's own IT system (Orbis/SAP)
  • Mutual absence representation in the shared secretariat

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the commercial sector or as a medizinische Fachangestellte
  • MS Office skills
  • Experience with clinic-specific patient billing (outpatient and inpatient)
