Your tasks

• Organization, process and appointment control: You independently plan and control sequences of examinations from an economic perspective, undertake the OR preparation before radiological interventions and coordinate appointments and patient flows.
• Administrative patient and data management: You perform patient admission, maintain administrative data in KIS and RIS and undertake the reading, burning and output of radiological image data on DVD.
• Patient care before, during and after examinations: You care for and accompany patients on site, conduct surveys on completed therapies, dispense oral contrast media and check relevant laboratory values before i.v. contrast media administration.
• Communication and service orientation: You communicate professionally with internal and external referrers and maintain sensitive personal and telephone contact with patients while maintaining confidentiality.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant
• English fluent in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Very good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Communication skills
• Independent working style
• Knowledge of radiological imaging (various modalities) desirable
• Ability to recognize connections and independent planning/processing of these desired
• Excellent communicative and organizational skills (trained in dealing with interlocutors)
• High degree of empathy
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Ability to handle conflict
